METHODIST YOUTH ACTIVITIES WEBSITE
The new website for Methodist Youth Activites (MYA) is now up and running. The site can be found at www.myaltd.org.uk.
MYA offer grants to individuals and to organisations linked to the following objectives:
To help young people to develop their physical, mental and spiritual capacities so that they may grow to full maturity as individuals, and their condition of life may be improved.
To awaken, or strengthen in them their desire for a full and active Christian life .
Outline of scheme for grants to both individuals and organisations along with contact details.
They support youth work projects, youth events, international exchanges etc. (not Building schemes), and will purchase equipment. For individuals it could be attending an event, a particular course, vocational training, overseas projects etc. They meet twice a year, in June and November, to allocate grante.
