District Resources
The District is able to provide circuits and churches with advice about audio and video materials and equipment. For computer software please see the section on Open Source Software before purchasing proprietary products.
The District may be able to loan equipment for specific events but will need plenty of advance notice as we will be arranging loans from other circuits and churches.
The District Mission Resource Centre at The Mint church in Exeter has two rooms available for churches and circuits in the district.
Seminar Room seats up to 40 people in rows or about 20 at tables and is equipped with Digital projection, audio and internet facilities.
Small room with comfortable chairs for smaller meetings - six to eight people. Internet facilities available and projection with advance notice.
The Mint Methodist Church also has rooms available.
PLEASE NOTE that there is no parking available at the Mint unless you are disabled. If you are disabled you will need to notify the district office in advance. We encourage people coming to Exeter to use public transport or the excellent 'Park and Ride' arrangements. Central Stationi s five minutes walk away and St David's station 15 minutes walk.
The District Mission Resource Centre also has a growing collection of resources, books, courses which might be useful to you.
